Crafting at the Camp at The Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center Acceptance/Waiver Form

I have registered for the Crafting at the Camp Retreat (Retreat) and acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to these conditions regarding my attendance at the Retreat at the Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center (Facility)

1. Property damage to facility: I agree I am responsible for breakage, damages, losses, or any such damage I cause to the Facilities or property while attending the Retreat. 

2. Liability coverage: I agree I am solely responsible for any personal injury or illness I sustain at or on the property of the Facility while attending the Retreat and waive all claims against the Retreat organizers or the Facility.

3. Group Representative: I agree the Retreat's Group Representative's signature on the Facility's Terms of Agreement for this Retreat binds me and my heirs. 

4. Facility Rules and Regulations. I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Nazarene Retreat Center:

i. The Facility is a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free facility;

ii. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited; and, 

iii. No cooking is allowed in the Family Life Center Kitchen or other campground cabin or facility unless pre-approved by the Camp Manager.
